CHEF MARCO MINIERI
Chef Marco Minieri is a native of Bologna, Italy, widely known as the food capitol of the world.
Beginning his career at the age of 14, Marco worked his way around Italy until 2008 when he moved to Newport , RI, where he started teaching people about real Italian cuisine as the Executive Chef for a group of local Italian restaurants.
Marco has a passion to teach classic techniques, as well as the history behind each dish.
