We’re excited to invite you to La Polentata, a special dinner celebrating polenta, on Thursday, October 22.
This evening has a personal connection for us: the night before our wedding, we gathered friends and family around a polenta feast. We’re bringing that same spirit of generosity and celebration to Bottega.
We’ll begin with baccalà mantecato, creamy whipped cod served on crisp polenta, alongside fried polenta topped with Gorgonzola, caramelized pear and local honey.
Then comes a help-yourself polenta feast, with warm, soft polenta and a generous selection of accompaniments:
