We're excited to invite you to our next special dinner, The Saga of Arrosticini, on Wednesday, July 30.
For one night, we'll be celebrating one of the great traditions of central Italy with a four-course dinner inspired by the flavors of Abruzzo.
If you've never had arrosticini before, they're simple in the best way—small skewers of hand-cut lamb, grilled over charcoal and served hot off the fire. Originally made by shepherds in the mountains of Abruzzo, they're meant to be enjoyed the Italian way: gathered around the table with friends, a glass of wine, and plenty of conversation.
Our chefs have built the evening's menu around this tradition, with four courses that highlight the ingredients and flavors of the region. It's a relaxed dinner meant to be shared, with each course served at a pace that encourages you to slow down and enjoy the evening.
