Bottega’s prepared meals are meticulously crafted by our Italian Chef from Livorno, Erika Zanobini, at our dedicated production kitchen located in our Portsmouth location and distributed to our Middletown store daily. Each item is sold by weight. We take pride in using compostable packaging made from plants. Each prepared meal is accompanied by reheating instructions, and our sauces and baked items can be conveniently frozen for future enjoyment.

Pomodoro: Classic tomato sauce great on its on or in a base with fish, vegetables or meat
Bolognese: Classic Ragû from the traditional Bolognese Recipe, minimal tomato but maximum flavor
Arrabbiata: Spicy tomato sauce with a hint of garlic, great on its own or sautéed with vegetable or fish
Puttanesca: Tomato sauce with olives, anchovies, and capers
Pesto (8 oz.): We use only the best EVOO to make this traditional pesto with tons of basil and pine nuts
